PAK HERO introduced PH 70CC motor cycle to fulfil the demand of people who wish to have 70CC motor cycle. PH 70CC is cost effective and has capacity to travel 70 km per litre. This document is the contract that has taken place between Jialing Group in China and Pak Hero. The Jialing Group shall supply it's motorcycle parts in CKD/CBU condition, spare parts and accessories and Pak Hero will assemb- le the motorcycles at their plant & also manage their sale all over the country.

 

Contract for cooperation of 

Jialing with Pak Hero Motorcycle Company

This contract is entered on 18-1-2000 in Shuangbei, Chongqing, China by Jialing Group Goreign Trade & Development Corporation with is principal office Shuangbei, Chongqing, China and Pak Hero Industries (Pvt,) Ltd. with its principal office, Noor Arcade 111-Lytton Road Lahore Pakistan through Mr. Javaid Iqbal, chief executive of Pak Hero.

Whereas Jialing is now and has been engaged in the manufacturing, assembling and sale of motorcycles either as complete build up unit or on as disassemble form, their spare parts and accessories.

Whereas Pak Hero Industries carry on its business in Pakistan, manufacturing in three wheels autos Rickshaws and its parts and therefore have a rich experience to engineering technology and now Jialing is agreed to supply its motorcycle parts in CKD/CBY condition, spare parts and accessories & Pak Hero will assemble the motorcycles at their plant & sales all over country.
